My Roller blinds are >20 years old and the original installer is no longer in business. When a part broke, I found ROLLerUP. Alex and his team identified the part I needed, kept me informed and saved me money by guiding me through the new part installation. I highly recommend this company.
From initial customer service and quote (thanks Irina) through production and finally installation (thanks Ryan and Rob), the team at ROLLerUP were pros. They installed roller shutters on three upstairs windows and have done a high quality job. The finished job looks great and the shutters work like a dream. And all done in less time than they originally estimated. Great work!
My wife and i were truly impressed with the in office staff, polite, knowledgeable, efficient. The two technicians that arrived at our cottage, Ryan and Rob to repair a walk-in door roll shutter, installed over 20 years ago were amazing. Polite, fast and spot on with the repairs. There was one issue and we sent an e-mail to the head office and received a response from the owner of the company who resolved the matter in a timely fashion. These people provide excellent service and understand the concept of public relations. We strongly recommend this company to anyone requiring new or repairs to existing products.

The slats on exterior roller shutters purchased from another windows installer some years ago, came apart, and in my haste, I yanked to housing off the guide rails, and broke their end caps. I spent some time looking for an installer that could just do the necessary repair. The first company (not RollerUP) sent someone to my home who told me that it was an easy fix by replacing the housing. Then I received an estimate from the company boss which was for a whole new assembly >$1000. I told them that I was not interested. He then sent me an invoice stating I owed them $150 just for the visit! RollerUP came by, took the measurements of the housing and installed it at a fraction of the price. I am so satisfied.
