The experience here is above and beyond what I expected. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Ian took time to figure out what I needed and explained in detail what the differences were with the different boots and skiis. Once I picked the best boot for myself he also heated them up and put me back in them to make them fit my feet like a bespoke suit.

In addition, the staff upstairs gave the same amount of expertise and time in making sure that I left in the most suitable (and great looking) apparel for my needs.

You will spend a bit more than another big box sports store but you will not receive the value that you get here.

Always helpful and friendly. Super knowledgeable. I had a boot with a footbed I had made elsewhere that was giving me some problems. Chris Spent an hour with me tweaking the fit. Wouldn’t take my money when I offered to pay for the time.
