I’ve been training with Dale for almost 3 years now, and I can honestly say that I wouldn’t be who I am today without him. My passion for the gym has grown so much. I’m stronger than I ever thought possible, and 100x more confident with myself and the work I put in at the gym. Dale is always challenging my limits and pushing me to new lengths I’d never thought possible. When I first started with him I couldn’t even do a proper push-up. And now… I’m on the road to signing up for my very first powerlifting competition! Needless to say my push up game is very strong now ???? Dale and The Sherwood PT family have become such a staple part in my weekly routine, which definitely makes the working out at 5am that much more enjoyable! Dale has become more than just a great and supportive coach, but a lifelong friend with a passion that helps to push me to be the best I can be in and outside the gym. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Dale for everything!!!
