I can’t say enough about the assistance that Gemma provided to me in selling my Newmarket Condo. The unit hadn’t been renovated since it was originally built and it required significant upgrade. Knowing that I was going to sell the condo, I reached out to Gemma in November 2019, to get her recommendations for changes, colours and styles and then I commenced the renovations accordingly. The results were truly spectacular.

When the condo was listed there were 4 other competing units already up for sale in the building. Gemma arranged for several other agents to see the unit and after receiving offers from multiple buyers, it sold within 48 hours for highest price that any unit had ever sold for in the history of the building. The sale was so quick we didn’t even get the opportunity to use the amazing brochure the Gemma had put together.
