This store is GREAT! the staff here is ALWAYS helpful and kind. I never go to the Pandora store in the mall anymore because their service is horrible. Times Square sells Pandora (and other brands of course) and they provide top notch service! They will work with you to get you what you want and they appreciate your business! Good stuff :)
