From the sales rep Paul, to the installation crew, I couldn't be happier. The installation crew arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. The installation crew took care in putting down drop cloths and were constantly vacuuming any debris as they removed the old windows. In watching the crew install the windows you could tell they took great pride in their workmanship. I have also purchased (2) sliding doors, an entry door and a storm door from WindowRama which will be installed in a couple of weeks. I would highly recommend WindowRama if you are looking for a company that not only provides excellent service but also takes great pride in their workmanship which unfortunately has become a rarity. I'm looking forward to receiving my doors and will give another update once they are installed.

Excellent! From beginning to end the staff was remarkable to work with. Andre was professional and timely with his estimate and explaining the differences in windows to me. As a first-time replacement window purchaser, I appreciated his time and patience explaining this to me. He returned my phone calls promptly and kept me informed during the entire process - from ordering to installation. The 3 gentlemen who installed my windows were amazing! I was expecting to return home to a moderate mess, (dust, dirt, debris, etc) but was thrilled to come home and find the cleanliness of my home to be just as I had left it! The icing on the cake of course is the new windows! They look amazing and I am very happy.

The original windows were metal and raggedy. Paul came to my home with sample windows and we discussed the best options for what I wanted. We decided on 4 large side-sliding window's plus screens. Paul worked with my budget and did not try to oversell what I needed. I ended up with insulated panes that will be way more energy efficient in the winter since that room is not heated. The installation went as promised -it took about 5 weeks for the windows to arrive and the installers worked quickly and professionally. The front of my house looks amazing! It was like a complete facelift for my home! Everyone who sees the windows raves about them! I love how they look and how open they make the room feel!
