My overall root canal experience was painless and comfortable. Dr. Leung and staff were personable and professional.Highy recommend.

I had to get a root canal done on #26 tooth because I had a cavity done 3 years ago and now its deciding to hurt for no reason at all. My family dentist recommended that I go to a endodontist to get the procedure done because of the nature of the roots. I was kind of nervous so I took the laughing gas option just to make me feel calm. I have to say that it went very well, I didn't feel any pain, I actually felt like falling asleep, it was that great! No pain the next day other than some tenderness, and when I went back to my family dentist, they told me that he did do a great job because he didn't destroy my tooth, he made a very small hole. Dr. Leung made the procedure as painless as possible. Also, the receptionist told me that she could take me the same day (at 4pm) for a consultation to check out my tooth and x-rays and that we could book an appointment for the actual procedure after he looks at my tooth. Thanks to them, they got me in earlier than the endodontist that my family dentist referred me too.

I am absolutely dental phobic...so imagine my horror when I learned I had to go and have a root canal. I was dreading it, but when I got there Dr. Leung had the most re-assuring, patient manner, as do all of the staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and caring. While I will never be phobia free, Dr. Leung and his staff have greatly diminished my anxiety around dental procedures. I felt so comfortable that I wasn't anxious at all for my second root canal.

My appointment with Dr. Leung could not have been better. Aside from being an expert in his field,
he was patient and kind with a good sense of humour.
Karen, Dr. Leung's able assistant, was very personable and attentive.
Salma, who is at the front desk, is a
welcoming, smart, funny lady who will help you in any way that she can. I had a great experience and that is no easy feat when you are talking about root canal. Oh yes....
I almost forgot....no pain!

Yes I would have to say excellent service very patient with me as I was extremely nervous. I wasn't sedated but just frozen on my left side. For root canal. Worth every cent just hope I don't get this problem again. Thanks for guiding me threw to make this experience not so bad.
