My place is so well painted and finished thanks to Serge. Also he super easy to work with and has a great team that did over 20 pot lights in one day. They stayed a while and cleaned everything after themself.
He was recommended to me by my sister in law who also used his service and was very happy as well. I will strongly recommend Yorkland Homes. In fact I passed Serge’s number to my husband’s clients. They called me and thanked me personally.

Sergei and his team did a great job with my bathroom renovations. They are some of the most hardworking guys I've ever seen. They were able to see our vision through and always cleaned up after themselves and took good care of our house while they were onsite. Update: Called Sergei and Andrea back to install some pot lights in my living room, they were in and out within 4 hours, had all the professional tools, and worked with me to figure out placement of the lights and switches while ensuring all my furniture and floors were protected during the install. Thanks again guys.

Serg and his team did an AMAZING job on my basement! From the start Serg was professional, courteous and took the time to answer my questions, walking me through the whole process. His pricing was fair, transparent and honest. He worked hard, and finished the job on-time, and with a high degree of detail and quality. They were able to work around my schedule with a small a baby in the house.
His team came in with great ideas and were able to accommodate all my special requests. I will definitely hire them again to do my backyard.

They were able to provide us with their professional opinion on changes we were initially unsure of making in the house, they were patient with us and very fair when pricing out costs for material and labor, and they did an outstanding job in the end on renovating our floors, full kitchen, full bathroom, complete basement renovation and painting.
