I had such a pleasant experience dealing with the experts and owners of A&A Jewels Co. From the evident high quality of their products to their top notch customer service, every aspect of our interactions and purchase was phenomenal. I don’t think I can hype them up enough. If I could give more than these 5 Stars, I certainly would.

Purchasing a jewelry piece, big or small, is no small task – whether you are buying it for yourself, or for someone else. It is not as simple as a click of a button and calling it a day. At least, I wouldn’t imagine it being that easy since you’re spending good money for quality items.

I have personally been searching high and low for such a pendant but it was either too “cheap” (flimsy metal pendants from Etsy) or too outrageous for sterling silver at a well-known jeweler. I don’t mind spending the money for quality items but I just didn’t love anything I came across… until the day I had walked into the Grand Opening of A&A Jewels Co., and noticed a beautiful yet simple pendant the Owner, Amanda, was wearing. It was exactly the size, quality, material, colour, and design I had been searching for. I had a little chat with Amanda and while she said they did not have all the pendants in stock as of yet, she would be receiving them in the following week or two, and would be in contact to discuss. Literally 1.5 weeks later, Amanda followed up with me to let me know that they were in. We continued our conversations back and forth because I kept changing my mind and asking for different examples, but Amanda never once lost her patience with me, and believe it or not, was even more pleasant to deal with because I could tell that she wasn’t just trying to make a sale, but that she genuinely cared for her clients that represent her products. This in itself speaks volumes. BUT this experience doesn’t even end here! Amanda stayed in contact to make sure I was happy with my purchase even after I paid for it. I insisted on paying her before I picked up the product considering all the hassle I put her through. I finally had the time to pick up my necklace and pendants this past weekend and I was over the moon. It was even BETTER than what she had sent me in pictures. Amanda had stepped out so I dealt with Owner, Ara, who needed no information or details from me whatsoever as he already knew what I ordered – from the style and thickness of the chain, to the pendants, and even the cross. This is yet another example of great customer service and communication! Even then, Ara made sure I was happy with my purchase, insisting that if anything needed to be changed he could do so, really, anything and everything to ensure I was satisfied. And I promise you, I am.

To Ara and Amanda, thank you so much for my beautiful customized necklace. Now I carry the ones I love the most with me wherever I go, and I’m so proud to wear your product and showcase it to the world. Thank you for the beautiful high quality necklace and insanely fantastic customer service from beginning to end, and really, for listening and caring. I will certainly be purchasing more items not only for myself, but for family and friends. Thank you, thank you, and thank you!

I wish there was an option to put 10 plus stars! We had ordered a gold chain and cross pendant for our godsons baptism a few weeks ago from A&A Jewels and from the start of our processing up to the end, the customer service was absolutely amazing and the quality of the chain and cross is amazing! I have and will continue to recommend them to all my family and friends! So excited to purchase more jewellery from them in the near future!
