Access Storage - Richmond Hill

It is my first time using this facility which I picked because of its great location and prices. The staff (Karen) was very helpful on my first visit showing me the units available and continues to provide great service. The property is always clean and other customers I've met have been very friendly. I do recommend this location to others and was excited myself to take advantage of the special discounts.

I have had nothing but great service from this location. Had other storage units at other Access locations (like Scarborough) but Richmond hill has the best service, I took my things from Scarborough to Richmond Hill because of the Service, the units are clean, the area is very clean and i feel very safe there. The Rep Karen is an exceptional Rep. she is efficient and professional, all me questions were answered she is patient and showed me a few units before I decided. Great attitude even on very busy days she maintain great Customer Service. The Service at this location is the best and that is because of the Rep that is there, she makes everyone feels welcome and she greets us with a friendly smile always.

I had an amazing experience. Karen was super professional. She gave advice, explained thoroughly where I needed clarity, she was very patient. She showed me around and gave options that equipped me as a consumer to make a well informed decision about Storage that best suited my needs. Karen was very friendly and served me with such a cheerful smile.
The facility is very clean, you can access it anytime and it's got CCTV.
