I called to discuss a cancelled order I was very upset with that I was never called about prior to cancellation ... seriously Aritizia, get it together please

the girl on the phone was quite knowledgeable and very quick
She found the item right away and I purchased it all in 5 minutes before their store closed on the phone
She offered to keep it for me in store to be picked up

The next time I went in with a lot of difficulty in my wheelchair to pick up the item,the lady at the front acknowledged my presence right away and offered to help
They had to look several places before finding my item but it was located

I have one comment - please clean items a bit and make sure they are dust and lint free as the price point isn’t on the cheap side and customers have higher expectations
