(May 5, 2022, 10:08 pm)I bought an item that was more than half the value of my total purchase. I paid to have all my purchases delivered, only to find that item not included in the delivery. I left a complaint on their website three times over the past few weeks, and there was not even a single reply. I have to assume that they ripped me off. Stay away from their auctions.
Update:
I've received a call promising a full refund for the missing items. I hope this includes all fees, taxes, and a proper portion of the delivery costs. I've therefore decided to improve my rating.
