Lisa is awesome!!! My puppy had a horrible experience during her first puppy trim at a different groomer, who scolded her and told me that she wasn't trained properly. Well, Lisa took the time to make Holly feel comfortable and Holly did amazing! She even got a compliment on her behaviour and came out looking even more adorable!
