I have been coming to see him for 10 years now and he has been amazing, so patient and so extremely helpful. His product knowledge is absolutely outstanding. I will see no one else but him. He is the best.
(January 28, 2019, 3:49 pm)This is hands down the BEST BRICK location in the City! The sales rep, Shah Mansoub ALWAYS takes care of our needs. He is knowledgeable and genuine. I feel like we get the BEST possible service every time we step foot inside that Brick, especially when Shah is serving us. If you need any furniture, or an amazing deals on mattress, go to this Brick! I got a king side mattress originally priced over $3,000 at Sleep Country for half the price at The Brick at Richmond Hill. I can always count on Shah giving us the best deal. They really care at this location and very knowledgeable.

(January 6, 2019, 12:38 am)Michael Chan in the furniture department has provided me with great service for a few years now. Every time I need something new I only go to see Michael at the Brick. He is very knowledgable when it comes to the products he sells. He has a lot of patience when showing different options. He is always looking out for his clients. I get a call from him every once in a while when there are any VIP sales coming up and he personally invites me. I'll keep coming back to this location and I will continue to send friends and family to Michael Chan. Thank you Michael for your great service!
