Awesome experience. If you have curly hair, you know how difficult it is to find someone who can cut it properly and this salon is one of those you can trust. They really know what they are doing, they care for and respect their clients very highly and have high level of work ethics. I got a haircut and was so happy with the result that I went back for highlights. Reasonable pricing and nice environment. COVID guidelines are followed strictly. Definitely going back.

I have been going to Cerilli Hair Salon, in Richmond Hill, for a few years now and I have always walked away very satisfied with the results. I always see Loredana and I love her demeaner and professionalism. She has the knowledge and expertise required to take good care of her clients. I recently got my dark hair to go natural and Loredana did an awesome job on my hair. I love it and everyone who sees it really appreciates the colour that has surfaced after Loredana’s awesome magic to bring my hair to my natural colour. I am totally loving it and I would certainly recommend Cerilli Hair Salon to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and warm salon.

I have been going to Salon Cerilli for several years now I find the atmosphere friendly and warm every time I walk into the salon I'm greeted with a warm smile and an "hello", I love the fact that it's family operated and you feel like you are part of the family every one is so friendly and outgoing. But I can't say enough about Loredana my stylist her professionalism, her knowledge, her expertise, her dedication, her warmth, her friendliness, her ambition, her drive and her talent. Loredana listens if I want to try something different and she thinks it's a good idea we try and if not she suggests something else. My hair has never been is such great condition as it's today. Loredana goes above and beyond the call of duty, always making sure that my appointments are scheduled to coordinate whatever my treatment is for that day. Without you even knowing Loredana makes a plan and sets goals for how to treat my hair and keep it in the best condition that it's. Its refreshing to walking into Salon Cerilli and know that Loredana has your back 100%.

Loredana was an absolute WIZARD with the shears! she was also super friendly and very professional! She is a great conversationalist, but I also observe her as being very respectful and comfortable, I lost my shyness.?
The atmosphere is very relaxed, as I am sure I couldn't ask for a better stylist! What a relief!??
