Staff did a great job explaining different the products available. Great customer service. Only complaint is the lack of variety.

After having issues with another Vape shop in town, I called up Clouded Minds and they were willing to help me out as much as possible over the phone. I went in the next day and the customer service I received was completely outstanding.

They were very patient with me and really took the time to answer any questions I had. They thoroughly went over everything I had purchased there and made sure I was 100% satisfied before leaving.

I will continue going to Clouded Minds from this point forward and would highly recommend them!!!

Just visited for the first time. Entering the store from the street was like entering a different dimension (in a great way). Probably the nicest atmosphere vape shop I've gone to.
Got what I went for. Didn't try to up-sell or push other products on me. Will most certainly be getting my supplies from here, moving forward.

Perfection. No... really! My experience was 11/10. I wanted to quit smoking and switch to vaping. The shop is very neat and organized, and feels like a boutique. You can taste all the liquids prior to buying. The guy in the shop was very very professional, and was able to pick a vaporizer for my needs. If you're into vaping, give them a try!
