When I come to CPAP Fit I am treated like family by courteous health care professionals who know their trade and take the time to ensure that all my needs are met.
Prior to coming here, I attended a busy supplier nearby. The difference was night and day. I finally feel like someone honestly cares enough to listen to my concerns and resolve them. I was so impressed that I brought my elderly father. They gave him all the time he needed to ask questions and they gently encouraged him with a challenging lifestyle change.
Excellent customer service and knowledge of their products. Took their time to try different options and machines to ensure it was a proper fit. Explained and demonstrated how to use and maintain the equipment as well. They also helped with our medical insurance billing process as well.
Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a CPAP device.
BEST CPAP PLACE! When diagnosed with Sleep Apnea, I was very surprised to say the least. I was half in disbelief, and half skeptical after the specialist told me my AHI was 51. I checked out many outfits most of which seemed okay, but this place was the most professional and accommodating. Jane let me spend over an hour in blind tests with 3-4 different machines (which surprisingly don’t all feel the same, maybe in the way the pressure is ramped up), and half dozen different masks. She loaned me the machine I felt most comfortable with to take home.
After a week getting used to the mask, I came back to try some more masks and found another mask even more comfortable with almost no leak. I went from a skeptic to a believer after feeling the changes in my body. Maybe the doc didn't lie after all.
After the titration test, I returned the free loaner and picked up my new machine right away (no waiting!). Half the CPAP users that I talked to had quit because of the bad fit, so it is important to take necessary time to find the right mask with the right machine with a knowledgeable fitter like Jane. A follow up call from Euphemia to make sure everything was okay was extra nice. I would strongly recommend CPAP FIT even if you already own a machine but having trouble adapting.
