Classy, well appointed establishment.

(September 16, 2018, 2:34 pm)After 2 respite stays my mother was summarily told that she was not welcome back at this residence. What was the horrible behavior that was responsible for this lifetime ban you may be wondering? She accepted a ride from another resident and was stopped in the parking lot by a staff member that told her she was not allowed to leave. Sounds like a fun place to live doesn't it? The 2 stars is more for the support staff who are quite wonderful. Unfortunately, the Executive team are not interested in the your loved one. They seem to only want people who will not "cause problems" and the more sedate the better!
