Just by allowing customers to call to order and pickup at the door, they are much more convenient than other retailers. Picked up the phone and came to the door with the order quickly too. However, they do not offer to come to the door with a debit machine so a bit inconveneinet on that part.

I called every art store in my area and they all had a 2 hr min wait fir curb side pickup. They however you can just call and they’ll bring it out to you which is so convenient for people who are in a rush for materials. Very friendly staff every-time

Excellent selection and even more excellent customer service. I was able to email in the morning and pick up an hour or so later. They were able to accommodate my clay colour request and work with me on alternative selections

Super organized store. Staff is extremely helpful. Just wish they had more locations.

Good selection but some items were not in stocks today. Still a great store
