Wonderful shopping experience, knowledgeable demonstration of all machines, was very happy with recommendation of machine based on description of my needs. Went home with a new Jack F4, very easy to setup (needed a couple YouTube videos as the instructions were a bit vague (and Chinese). All in all, very satisfied with the service and the machine.

I purchased three machines from here(Jack) and I can say hands down it was the best quality for the best price. I am very happy with my purchases, there is some great customer service also. I will return to this company for my sewing needs.
