(February 13, 2019, 1:37 pm)I am new to Richmond Hill and was searching for a new family doctor and somehow got in touch with Dr Novac. From the first day I visited her office she was friendly, warm and made me feel very comfortable. I found her to be extremely detailed and very knowledgeable.
One day I went in for an invasive assessment and I shared how much this would make me uncomfortable. She was very understanding and made me feel relaxed right throughout the whole process. She made laugh the whole time to take my mind of the discomfort I thought I would feel.
Overall, I would say she is an excellent doctor.
