Erin is an amazing person to deal with. The variety and selection within their showroom, everything you would like and need to see when purchasing new flooring.
Erin goes above and beyond to make your floor buying experience a pleasure. There are so many materials you can walk on but she cuts through the noise and explains what your options are and doesn't try to pressure you. If you're a home owner or a contractor, do yourself a favour and see what Encore has to offer. I did and will be back for any of my future flooring needs.
Great service and quality. My wife and I expressed to our rep that we were concerned about damage to hardwood because of our kid and dog. We were advised that viynl may be a good alternative. Erin showed us material that gave us the look we wanted and the durability we needed to accommodate our lifestyle. Installers were efficient and respectful of my home. We are extremely happy with our new floors. They have transformed my home. I would highly recommend Encore to friends and family.
