General Products Inc.

I was introduced to General Products at the Mississauga Backyard Show. They were very informative and helped me choose what would work best for my needs. They were kind enough to hold on to my order until I was ready for it and delivered it right to the marina near my island cottage. From start to finish they were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for outdoor furniture.

The customer service was excellent. Delivery requested was as scheduled, timely and professional. However, weeks later when we opened the table there was a small mark. Sent and email, the customer service that followed was exceptional, pleasant, professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for patio furniture. It has been a long time since I have experienced customer service at this level. Our experience was a 10 plus and your demonstration of standing behind your product was exceptional.

Very happy with the table that we bought last week- looked for a while to find a metal table with an umbrella hole and also under $1k.
Enjoying it immensely! However...

UPDATE:
Unfortunately, after removing the protective tarp from the table this spring, the metal slats opened up in five spots. Generally, we have found that anything made in China is a disappointment.
That is why I changed the 5 star rating to 1 due to quality.
UPDATE 2:
The 1 star rating has changed back to 5 as their customer service is
A1. They are honouring the 1-year warranty and will be replacing the table soon. Their reply was prompt and courteous; We will continue shopping there with confidence knowing that the Owner also handles issues personally and promptly.

This is absolutely the best choice for patio furniture in the GTA. The selection is huge, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, the owner cares a great deal about his business and the prices are very reasonable for the exceptional quality of the products. We had looked at several stores for our patio furniture and were quite pleased with the selection and prices at General Products. Michael was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with us. There were several other customers in the store after closing and they stayed open to accommodate all of us. Excellent service and staff.
