Buyer beware. They will take your money and not contact you.

After about 3 months of trying to contact Greenbrain, I wrote a review wondering why they took my money and didn't do the second report. I was eventually told that Greenbrain did not have anyone for my area. The told me that I was on my own and that they wouldn't help me find some one else. Or give me my money back.

They eventually called and told me that if I took down my accurate negative review that they would maybe help me.

Pardon?

So they're only going to maybe help if I take down a review first.

They wouldn't even email me my first report so I could find someone else.

Please email me my report, Greenbrain, so I can get on with this and you can go back to scamming other 'customers.

Originally contacted them by email, with a response and questions answered within a few hours. Another company that was emailed did not respond for two weeks, several days after Greenbrain had already completed the audit. Excellent service, and the young technician was helpful, patient, thorough and an all round professional. Customer focused and the price was good too! Update, got the emailed results on Sunday 5 days after the audit on Tuesday! Thanks William!

My experience is Sofia specific, she was my first contact to access the Government of Canada's Greener Homes Grant Program. I had questions for the process of accessing the program and on how and when to schedule an energy audit. As the conversation passed, each question and concern that I brought forward was answered with thorough knowledge of the program including the specifics of the project that I would like to pursue. Her confident spirit was so readily apparent that I still feel uplifted. I have absolutely no concerns about the role of GREENBRAIN in facilitating this program and I believe that there is significant value for any costs for their services. Thank you, Bernie

I was very impressed with Greenbrain! I found this program to be quite complicated, so wanted to speak with someone to better understand how it could help me with getting the grant for my windows. I called a few companies, and was able to connect with an individual named Hussein. He was very patient with me, and really helped simplify the program. I booked my audit for next week and am very excited to get my new windows installed. Thank you!

My auditor Rahul was great! He came to my house to complete an energy audit and did a thorough inspection both inside and outside of my house, and in my attic. At the end, he spent 15 minutes showing me all the spots in my house that were drafty and needed to be sealed. He was very patient and knowledgeable, and I was very pleased to get a little over $4500 back from the federal government for replacing some of my windows. Highly recommend!
