I’m drinking it right now (I don’t notice the taste anymore). It has boosted my energy greatly, although I have to adjust the intake because I already have a high propensity for staying up all night. So, sometimes I take only 2 or 3 cubes. It has helped me crave healthier foods. And I have noticed when I have had unhealthy food (just in the past 2 days) it drains me even faster than it used to before. These are all great experiments. Someone did comment I looked great (they hadn’t seen me in 2 weeks) maybe something is changing? I’m curious to see what I will notice at 4 weeks.
