I would highly recommend iServe if you ever need an office space or mail service while you are away or during a pandemic. Alicia, the manager, and the girls at the reception have been always super friendly and professional. Best partner ever.

I have been a very happy customer of iServe Executive Centre for over a decade. They have excellent facilities that are kept clean and updated. Their staff are helpful and accommodating. Pricing is also very competitive. The location in Richmond Hill has lots of parking and the traffic to this location is light. My time spent in traffic was a major consideration as i used to spend at least 1 hour a day on the DVP heading to an office further south.

We have been with iServe Executive Centre for 12+ years. The Service and Environment are exceptional.

Other similar companies make it feel like you are renting space, like being a temporary tenant, but iServe takes that reality out of the equation. You feel like it is your office as they pay attention to each of little details of being in and working in, an office environment.

I cannot recommend them enough for the environment, they have created where all of your administrative details are handled perfectly by the all the iServe staff and management!.

I have been with iServe Executive Centre for nearly 13 years now and continue to have a fantastic experience in terms of Service and Environment.

We did our due diligence on other similar executive centres and continue to do so from time to time, just to ensure we are fairly evaluating our options and have not found any that are even close to the level of iServe.

Other such places have an environment that gives the vibe/feeling that you are simply renting one office and the rest is very much a public place. Example: Having bottles of water for your guests in the shared boardroom with price tags for each bottle of water. Not a good impression at all.

At iServe, they will go over and beyond to welcome your clients/guests and make them feel important, greet them by name and give you the level of service like that is your own office. Many of my clients have asked me my company owned the whole centre, that was the level of comfort, personalization and service.

We were very lucky to find iServe Executive Centre (“iServe”) and moved in a few years ago. The reason we had to find new offices (having been at our previous location for many years) was because of the landlord’s (large institution) demand to extend our lease for 5 years. In a fast changing business environment, being stuck with a long 5-year lease was no longer viable, especially, to a small business like ours. The landlord’s inflexible policy (“take it or leave it”) actually helped us to save our operational costs substantially (both fixed and variable costs) and we ended up working in a better environment at iServe.

To say a few key specifics (not all since the list would be too long) about iServe:
- Lease rates are absolutely competitive. Less than half of what we
used to pay to previous landlord for doing the same work we have
been doing.
- Lease terms were flexible.
- Professional, Efficient and Effective support team under the leadership
of the manager Alicia.
- Clean, beautiful office environment.
- Excellent amenities.
- The landlord listens to your/our specific needs and works things out for you. We found this to be a very unique quality of iServe, that we appreciate and respect; Very warm, thoughtful and humane.
