Khansalar Restaurant

I've ordered here for several years, but lately the experience has been declining. Ordering over the phone is unnecessarily painful. Unfortunately the workers speak very little English, making it challenging for them to understand what you're saying or asking. On top of that their online menu has apparently changed over two years ago, and so have the prices, but there is no way of seeing the new menu ONLINE, so even if you try to prepare in advance and just pick your items form their online menu, they STILL won't understand you sicnr they won't be looking at the same menu. Lastly, they stopped having some of their best items, including the roasted eggplant spread , which previously set them apart from their competition. Apparently they always 'run out' of it, no matter what time of day you call to order. And to my question - will it be available tomorrow? The answer is always a hesitant "... Maybe". I'd rather save the drive and the frustration on the phone and order from a nearby Persian food place. Too bad, missed opportunities.

I highly recommend this restaurant. We had the best taste of Kobide in this restaurant with reasonable price. Really cozy and gorgeous place to sit and enjoy the best taste of food.

Great food, friendly staff & very reasonably priced. They go out of their way to offer great service during this pandemic.

What a delightful little restaurant! We ordered Fesenjoon, Qorma Sabzi, Naaz Khatoon, lamb shank and Kishk-e Bademjoon... each one had its unique taste and each one authentic and delightfully tasty!

Food is great ?, I had koobideh which was tasty and fresh.
I liked the decorations. So clean.
Waiter was so polite and helpful.
Washroom can be more clean. that's the only down side about the place
