I was very impressed with the customer service and information provided to me when I wandered into this facility to inquire about it.

It is located in the former Future Shop, and signage outside mentioned bumper cars, trampolines, princess spa, and more. Thinking it might be the perfect place to bring my daughter and family during our Passover holiday school break. I went in and was very happy with what I heard and saw.

It was on our Passover week 2020 plan, until Covid pressedppressed on the whole world without warning.

I noticed they have not yet reopened, and wish them much success when allowed to reopen.

My daughter and I look forward to finally being able to enjoy a day inside this facility.

Good place, the admission price is relatively cheap compared to other similar places. You can use laser tag, wall climbing, big trampoline area, bowling and huge soft playgrounds for free. You only need to pay the admission. Admission is free for adults. For arcade games, you have to buy a card. Games range from 75 cents to $1.5 as far as I know.

They don't allow your child to go out without you. Although they don't have any system to check that if you are the parents of the child. Your child can go out with any adult which is not a good practice.

WiFi is not stable especially when there are too many people using it.

They don't have enough staff. So you always have to look for them.
2 out of 4 bowling lines are out of order always, probably because of the lack of staff.
Most of the staff speak both Persian and English.

My kids enjoyed it. Better than your regular indoor playground. Pizza's good and fairly priced. Since you have to wear socks, I wish they would keep the washroom clean and dry all the time. Also would be nice if they can be a little bit stricter with the area like toddler area should only be for toddlers not big kids trying to climb and ride the swing.
