Very professional service. My laptop needed repair so I reached out to them. From the moment I reached out to the time I picked up my fixed laptop, the service was absolutely phenomenal. I’ve already recommended friends and family to them and will go back if I ever have any future needs. Excellent service!

I was ready to replace my trusty old HP workstation which had become sluggish over the years despite upgrading the memory, a new HDD, some cleanup but it was still slow to the point of frustrating! I consulted with the folks at MERNA and after their initial assessment, I was told they could breathe new life into the workstation with some simple upgrades and scrubbing the bloatware that had accumulated over the years. They lived up to their promise and at a far lesser cost than a new system would have cost me! The machine works like a charm now, no more 'scary' noises and lightening fast (compared to it's previous performance).
