After reading the many wonderful reviews, took my car in because something was loose underneath. Mike fixed it free of charge. Went back for an oil change and Jessica went the extra mile for me, filling and checking everything, and answering all my questions. Feel secure taking my car to this shop for pleasant, efficient and honest service, at a fair cost. Highly recommend.

Took my car to Mike's auto for the first time last week because of a grinding sound when I turned left. Mike fixed the problem in less than 5 min and did not even charge me for his work. He is a man of honesty.

I have received accurate service in a timely manner. Price was pretty reasonable. Most important I've been shown the current part condition and have provided with estimated possible lifetime under very conditions in case I am going to keep an existing part. It is probably the first time I have received the honest opinion versus the jeopardy to proceed with the service. Great job.
