The gentleman who came, called and asked if he could come earlier since another appointment cancelled. I really appreciated this heads up, as I have random work calls and kids to pick up. He was very vocal about what was going on with our ducts. He even showed me a before and after picture which is nice to see since you really dont know if other companies are actually cleaning the ducts.

Great experience, would definitely recommend to friends and family. Custom service was friendly and helpful. Kevin was on time, friendly and professional. He took the time to get the job done and respected my home (i.e. being careful with the equipment). I also appreciate them not "selling" you stuff while they are in your home. Great company.
