(September 21, 2021, 1:52 am)One of my shipping's got messed up and ended up somewhere else. As bad as this sounds it wasn't entirely their fault with was the shipping company's as well. I talked with a Newegg worker on live chat about my issue and how my order was late and wanted a refund. He was quick to reply and handle my problem and told me i will get an email as this is reviewed. I got my email the next 3 mins telling me that they were working on my claim to make sure there wasn't any fraud. 10/10 FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

(June 8, 2021, 9:23 pm)It's my first time ordering from Newegg for a Monitor... I ordered late June 6, 2021. The ETA was June 9 but I received it on June 8, 2021. So I received it less than 2 days from the time I ordered. I'm pretty happy with that. The monitor is also cheaper than other online sites as they are having a promotion. I got the monitor as expected without any issues. Great seller IMO.
