(December 19, 2019, 2:05 pm)We recently had our furnace changed from a conventional furnace to a high efficiency furnace by Phoenix Heating. Tyler and Victor did a great job. No complaints.
Since management sees these reviews, please note that some of the practices must be hazardous. Daily exposure to the toxic fumes from the PCV pipe glue and having to scale the roof in the winter to install the liner for the flue are required and done without complaint by the installers but should NOT be accepted practice by the industry. Concerned for their health.
