Their prices was very fair and the customer service was brilliant they were helping me with the design and different ideas and they like to do challenging orders I highly recommend this place for all printing inquiries and all lasse cuttings.

Hossein has been amazing, really appreciated his help for getting a customised poster made for one of client's optical shop in Canada. The job was completed fast and the price and quality are both amazing. If we have anymore jobs in Canada, I would definitely pass it on to him and team again.

The customer service of this business is exceptional. I emailed them and they called me and helped me immediately. The business owner knew that I had a particular budget and he found the perfect solution for me. He made various demos/models for me before I made my final decision free of charge. They are extremely knowledgeable in their product line and very friendly and easy to work with. If I have any printing services I need done, I will be sure to contact them.

They are a one stop shop for everything print and cut related. Their pricing is very very fair and they are very flexible in terms if time of delivery. The staff are kind and very helpful, they treated my project as it was theirs and helped me make the best decision as for what material to use and how to tackle it. They took the time to explain everything, gave me free consultation many times and showed me samples. They also stayed beyond their office hours to make sure everything was done on a timely matter. I had never had such a stress free experience as i did with Octoprint. I would never go anywhere else and i highly suggest them to everyone especially designers and business.

We ordered 20 sandwich boards and 10 for sale signs from Octoprint. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Timing and quality was superb. And the best thing was they have very convenient payment plans. Thank you Octoprint.
