(June 25, 2021, 7:59 pm)After my acceptance to UofT, I was instantly thinking of where I was going to live. I was put in contact with Peter through a friend, and it was smooth sailing from there. Peter sent me a plethora of options based on my liking and went the distance to set up all the showings in one day. He even checked daily to see whether there were new listings, and got us a showing for a place that just went up the day before! On top of that, he was very easy to contact and always accessible. He replied promptly to any questions I had. Further, he guided us through the whole offer process and kept us educated throughout.
I don't even want to think of where I would be living, or how I would be able to get to where I am today without Peter!
