Their technician called us to tell us he was on his way and arrived a little earlier than we had expected. He saw that we were still scrambling to get everything off the carpet. He tried to bump up the job after us but that customer wasn't available to do it earlier, so he told us he'd go grab a bite then come back in about half an hour or so. He was very understanding of our situation, polite and personable. When he returned, we were pretty much ready to go, he measured rooms, gave us tips for our rental and even suggested a moving company. Our kids had left some pretty bright stains on the carpet and he got them out.

Fast, easy service and the price was totally reasonable!!! This company is totally amazing in providing just the best for their customers. The stains from our carpets are now invisible after the technicians cleaned it up. I am very impressed.
