The folks at premium garage doors are great. They reply promptly to your inquiries and address all your concerns. On the day of installation the techs were on time and did a great job.

These guys are the real deal.

A few weeks back my wife drove out of the garage before the door had come down properly, and there was huge dent out the front, and the door railings were bent along the sides -> the door was NOT IN GOOD SHAPE. I called 2 other firms to take a look, and both quoted me over $1200 just to fix the bottom panel of the door and the side railings.

Today, I tried calling Premium - and a rep was @ my house in under 2 hours. Better yet, they were able to fix the bottom panel and rails in under 2 hours for less than HALF of what I had been quoted by 2 other firms!!

These are the guys you call first - and they'll be honest if they can make a quicker fix, or if you're in a real mess. I highly recommend them for any garage repairs.

During a vacation I accidentally entered the gate of one of the houses, was terribly frightened and terribly scared, immediately called a premium company and James the manager arrived quickly took care of everything reassured me, and took me a cost price for the repair, thank you very much and wish you good luck, highly recommend the company!
