Somehow they have personal touch for business. I thought business and personal were opposites like transparency & confidentiality... Not with RBC. Some of us choose one or another for how close they are to our work or home or who has the most ATMs, but RBC is a community Banking Establishment where the most scrutible professional client 'services' representitives LISTEN to your professional concerns

I don't see a RBC CSR I see Jimmy or Helen or whoever the kind and focused lead mind is that helps me handle my banking. Online banking is easier than ever keep in mind RBC is ahead of that. The person who I interact with does not provide cold dead service RBC has limitless services and referalls for business growth... The person I interact with listens to me and respond accordingly. What reciprocity.. thank-you RBC.

Don't ask how RBC is in the top 3 banks in Canada the reason is boring and sounds like (organization, hard work, planning). Remember their community and charity service and lives they enrich today.
