Don't understand peoples complaints about making appointments during a pandemic..., give people who work in the retail/service industry some compassion and understanding. They are great. First time customer here.

Needed to make appointment before going but thats was fine. Very clean and nice people.
Went with my husband to get a hair cut.
Haircut was fine and nice just style seem little off his age.

The service is very good. Staff are kind, quick respond and service. I absolutely satisfied with their service. The price is affordable too 👌.

This hair salon is my family's all time favourite. We've been visiting Rich Hair for over 5 years and their service is consistently phenomenal. The owner is very kind and always knows exactly what kind of hair styles we want. During the pandemic, they are open while following safety regulations which allows us to feel comfortable while getting our hair done. All the best to Rich Hair!!
