if you are purchasing a gift card or prepaid range card, make sure remember the purchase date. Unless you know the exact date of the purchase, the club will not provide you the new card and the card becomes useless.
Here is the email that I received from the club director.

Hi Michael, my apologies for such a delay getting back to you.

I have spoken to accounting and in order to track down this card we will need to find out the exact date of purchase. This is what makes it trickier to locate lost/damage cards on the backend. With our old system we only needed the customer name or card #, the new system we switched to 2 years ago is only able to search by date of purchase.

Sorry I know that is a hassle especially if it was last loaded 2 years ago, but if you're able to find the date of purchase we will easily be able to locate it and confirm how many buckets are remaining on the card.

Always have a great experience here. All the staff are engaged and course is in great shape for the time of year.

I have played this course for several years and have never been disappointed. The staff are outstanding and make the experience that much more enjoyable.
I would recommend this course and give it an A1 rating.
