Louis is a good guy!

I took my Ford explore to the Ford dealership for an oil change and they found a slew of problem with my car including a leaking transmission. They quoted me $2500 for the transmission. I needed a second opinion and I took my car to Louis. He took the time right away to show how unnecessary the items that Ford told me to were. He showed me the color of my brake fluid and told me it was fine. He did the same thing with a number of other issues. He got the job done quickly and for a price that was staggeringly low (almost 1/6 the price). Quite honestly, I thought that he might have been misquoting me. He did the job and he fixed some other things for free. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with his honesty, quality and integrity.

I wholeheartedly recommend Richmond Hill transmission to anyone and everyone. If you are not close to his location then I totally recommend you drive as long as it takes to get there. He is worth it. I am so pleased to have found him and I look forward to working with Louis in the future

Prior to Christmas I had a major problem with the transmission on my Toyota Highlander. I remembered Louie from the excellent work in repairing this car over 2.5 years ago. I towed the car to him and he quickly diagnosed the problem. Within 3 days the car was fixed. I am so happy with the results - the car's gears shift so smoothly. Louie noticed the noise underneath the car and replaced the broken mounts and linkages. Now my car drives so quiet I can have a conversation inside the car! Louie is a master of his craft. I can see how his professionalism and detail oriented approach leads to many successful repairs and happy customers. Thanks again Louie!

For the people that need transmission work done this is the place to take your vehicle to. I’ve tried getting quotes from other transmission shops and this place was better in every way. They were more affordable and were able to start working on it immediately. They made my Nissan Pathfinder come back to life after doing a transmission overhaul on it. Now my Nissan Pathfinder shifts smooth like if it was brand new. Thanks to Luie for taking care of my vehicle, and for staying late to finish before the end of the week. Very knowledgeable and experienced staff. My Toyota SUV had an issue. One dealer near the west-side of the city diagnosed incorrectly. The gentleman at Richmond Hill Transmission find the real problem quickly. Extremely satisfied with the service.
