Servpro is a very professional company, and Shawn is also a very responsible and professional on-site manager, highly recommend their service and job done.
I highly, highly recommend anyone in the Toronto area to have servpro of Richmond Hill assess their homes even before calling insurance for any water damage job... I had a major flood that had originally gotten denied by my insurance, the "preferred" contractor sent by insurance came to assess my home and provided my insurance with the wrong information!!
Insurance denied my claim as they thought water had came from foundation - I called servpro to take a 2nd look, they came with infrared cameras - the cause of the problem turned out to be the garden hose pressure line had burst due cold weather - Servpro took over the job and contacted my adjuster... the whole deal was resolved and servpro completed my entire renovation.

ServPro of Richmond Hill did a prompt and clean job for the major water damage on the basement. I called them at 3 AM and they started the job after couple of hours. So their swift action reduced the extra damage. I definitely recommend ServPro of Richmond Hill to others.
ServPro attended for fire damage in my home. I had a fire case in my kitchen on March,of 2020. all the walls were covered by high concentration of sooth. ServPro manager is a knowledgeable person and explained every thing in detail. They cleaned the walls and the ceiling with special tools to make it re-paintable and removed the odour. The result is great. I recommend ServPro of Richmond Hill for your job and be sure for the result.
Servpro did an amazing job when we found mould in our bathroom. They got to us right away to give us a quote. They were so thorough and we found them to be extremely accommodating, honest and trustworthy. The team took time to make sure everything was perfect - definitely appreciate that it was not a rushed job in the least. Wouldn't consider using anyone but them if we needed help again!
