I am 65 years old, and have been smoking (this time around ) for 15 years.
The 12 years prior to that I was a non smoking serious fitness person. I lifted weights 4 nights a week, and jogged most nights. Then at 42 yrs old I joined martial arts , and by 45 I was competing in the Provincial championships against fighters half my age. at 45 & 46 I won 2 Bronze medals.
My life as a non smoker for those years was wonderful.
My 12 years as a non smoker came after 23 years of smoking.

I would never have believed I could ever choose to smoke again .
But I allowed business stresses to cause me to begin smoking again.
yet this time I didn't just return to one small pack a day...within 5 years I was smoking 2 pkgs/day..
Since beginning to smoke again 15 years ago ...fitness completely disappeared from my life, very quickly.
Cigarettes had killed all my inspiration for exercise.Made me sad.
Regardless of all the Patches...nicotine gum or spray I tried....I just couldn't quit for more than 48 hours.

Great Experience. Smoked for 11 years before I did laser therapy. Was skeptical at first. Gave it a try and it actually helps with the quitting process. I recommend this procedure to everybody.
