    It was a great class and the staff and atmosphere was amazing but I feel like it is better suited for people that already have experience working out as there was only a quick demo of the moves we were performing for that class. People new to working out need to know proper technique to avoid injury

    Very Covid friendly, the safest place to be after your own home. The team goes above and beyond to keep us all safe while we work out. I am extremely thankful for that.

    I joined the Fit Room in March 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic hit and all gyms were forced to close. I started with their Instagram live workouts and then moved to their membership platform. The workouts are always fresh and the trainers are amazing! The fit room classes making working out at home fun! The price is also extremely reasonable!!

    I highly recommend the fit room!!
