Total Optometry

Can speak fluent English and fluent Cantonese. Place is clean, service is good. Doctor is professional.

Came to Total Optometry for the first time today. The office is very clean and tidy, it's tucked away upstairs in a medical centre. Dr. To was very patient and explained everything in detail and was helpful with any questions. The checkup took nearly an hour, longer than I expected, but part of this is so that the eyes can be dilated.

You can also get a photo of the back of your eye showing the optic nerves which is kind of cool.

I went in for an eye exam; it was a great experience. The office was clean and appointment prompt, the equipment was spotless and modern. Dr. Charlene To was very thorough and explained all outcomes very well, looking forward to coming back when its time.

Time for another biannual eye exam.

Moved to Markham a few years ago and was looking for a new eye doctor.

Location is very easy to find and there is ample free parking!

Office well decorated, modern, charming & quite inviting. There is also an area for the little kids to play with.

Since it has been a while I had an eye exam, I was very nervous about what was going to happen but Dr. Charlene To put me at ease. Very professional and pleasant. I never felt rushed and she answered all my questions and concerns.

She also dilated my eyes and did so many things that I don't remember ever having in my past eye exams! I was actually pleasantly surprised.

I also got a good view of my eyeballs up close and personal which I didn't expect at all!

Definitely will recommend this place to all my friends and family.
