Tower Hill Child Care Centre

My all 3 girls went to Tower hill Child Care Centre. This place became our second home -our Family. The stuff is absolutely amazing in creating a very supportive atmosphere for the kids and the parents. Always smiling, accommodating and helping. In every stage of my kids development I felt that all their needs were met 100%, ( Academic achievements, motoric skills, healthy nutrition , communication abilities , etc) I would choose them again and again. Thank you !

Both my children have been part of the Tower Hill CCC Family and we could not be more grateful. The ENTIRE staff are so incredibly loving, warm, welcoming and provide everything you would wish for your little ones, treating each child as their own, which is heart-warming for any parent. Children who attend Tower Hill are extremely fortunate to be there as they are loved, cared for and engaged in wonderful learning experiences. They are all incredibly diligent about the well-being, safety and happiness of each child. They have also gone above and beyond in terms of health and safety measures to ensure cleanliness and the safety of all children and staff. I HIGHLY recommend this child care centre to any parent. Our biggest thank you to Sally, Vicky and this incredible team, we have so much love for you all!

My child has been attending Tower Hill since infancy. I consider myself to be a fairly picky mom... in fact I tend to sign off on my emails as "that mom". In true new mom form I researched an inordinate number of child care options. When I visited Tower Hill I was immediately impressed. The enriching curriculum and 'extras' (sports programming, dance programming, summer fun events, etc.) demonstrated how this centre was a step above most others. My daughter began at 18 months and while many other babies had already transitioned to 1 nap, my girl happily took 2. The staff considered my daughter's individual needs and did not rush her to drop a nap until we were ready. This personal touch was so important to me. Most centers I had visited had age-related criteria to guide when children 'should' be doing something. Tower Hill has always been open to learning about my daughter's strengths and needs and have not hesitated to work alongside me while we navigate new milestones (shifting to one nap, toilet training, etc.). My daughter is now in the preschool program and I am still very pleased. Obviously sending a child to any program during a pandemic creates anxiety. However the measures the owners have taken to ensure the health and safety of all the children are exceptional. Rigorous and frequent cleaning of common spaces, limited people in and out of the centre, hand washing protocols, and daily health screening are just some of the ways the centre is doing their part to create a safe environment for children and staff. This is a great place... fun, happy and safe. Very happy my daughter is a part of their program.

My family chose Tower Hill because of all the amazing things we had heard about them. We had other daycare options closer to us but we were left with such a great impression by Sally and the facility at Tower Hill so we enrolled in January for a start date in September.
Starting your children in daycare during a pandemic is very overwhelming but Sally and the teachers at Tower Hill have made us feel so comfortable.
Sally is incredibly responsive to all questions (and I had lots!). The teachers are always smiling. My son's language skills have improved and my daughter always asks, "Can I stay a bit longer?" every day when I come to pick her up.
I only have wonderful things to say about Tower Hill!

This is the best daycare in York Region. Knowledgeable and attentive staff, excellent facility and caring owners. My oldest loved going there every day from infant all the way to preschool while gaining outstanding emotional and academic background. (J/K was really easy after this school) Even after moving further away, we were willing to drive 25 min just to have our second kid go there.
So happy we found Tower Hill !!!
