I cannot say enough good things about Eva W. She has booked 3 trips for me now and each time she outdoes herself. We had an issue with the airline rescheduling a flight connection, and within hours she got it sorted out and got us a free overnight hotel stay. I also called her last minute to see if she could add in flights to New York and Montreal for us and she planned everything for us with no hassle. She is very helpful and knowledgeable and every resort she recommends has been amazing. Eva is very quick to respond to emails and always answers my phone calls when I have a question.
