(September 18, 2020, 3:46 pm)United Canada Inc. has amazing customer service. We sooooo got used to that everything around is about the money...However, this company is exceptional! In 2017 we bought kid's desk and a chair; in September 2020 one part of the chair has broken (kids!!!!); we emailed to the customer service (thank you Tray for your professionalism and a great care about us!) and immediately received an answer that it can be replaced,
Moreover, the company replaced it free of charge despite the fact that the warranty is finished long time ago (we did not ask about free replacement... we were ready to pay for it!). As result, we only paid for the shipping from Toronto to Montreal.
United Canada Inc. is taking a great care about their clients and I highly recommend their kid's furniture as well. It is durable and is growing with the child.....
