I have been a customer for many years and during that time have required assistance on 3 occassions. Two were Bell lines related and quickly resolved and one was modem problem. When I called I was immediately connected to a technician who quickly found the problem and repaired it. Because I have a hearing problem I had to ask him to repeat many times and each time he answered...no problem..it is ok...I had a solution to my problem and it was dealt with in a very professional and courteous way. I am one very happy customer.

Originally signed up with Yak many years ago before they discontinued their operation and automatically moved me over to Voice Network. The price was great, and never went up at all over the entire course of my subscription with them. I only encountered two technical issues during the course of my subscription, one was resolved fairly quickly, the other took a few days but it was eventually traced back to a damage line leading into my house, which was Bell's responsibility. Unfortunately, our internet need has grown to such that we had to upgrade to a cable internet service which Voice Network doesn't offer. So we have switched to a different provider.

If you need cheap reliable internet, and don't need high capacity bandwidth, and live in an area that these guys service, I would recommend giving them a try.

I have been a customer for so long I can't remember when I started. The service is excellent and anytime I have had a problem (which is seldom) it has been resolved quickly and courteously.

I started out with Yak in 2011 before they sold out to Voice Network in July 2012. I had no problems to start up, and the price has been excellent and has never gone up. I have never had bad experiences with them nor had any significant service disruptions. I even recommended them to a friend as the perfect cost effective service to have. However, they have lately turned weird. I notified them 6 weeks ago that their web site had severe Norton warnings as a dangerous site. This can happen if a company flirts with a virus, but upon finding this out, the matter needs to be cleaned up quickly and Norton notified to rescan their pages and update to safe status. They did nothing. I notified them again. Any company worth its beans will be concerned about growing their business; you can't do that with a Dangerous Website. I recently had reason to speak with a Tech Services rep and found her lack of knowledge and concern to be worrisome. I was under the impression they are being run by the cleaning staff. They want to come out to my friend's site to get his system up and running -- which is stupid, because all you have to do is plug in the modem and connect to an active telephone line over which the DSL service will travel. She made some techno-babble about her 'team' has decided to blah blah blah, and now I am extremely nervous about who is running the show here. I will prepare for another inexpensive service in case they self-destruct any time in the near future. I can't believe I have been with them 5 years with no complaints otherwise, yet they are about as confident- inspiring as the current economy. I just don't get it.
