(March 30, 2019, 1:42 am)The reviews here had initially concerned me; however my experience was totally different; so I felt it is unfair if I don't leave a review:
1- The staff was professional; I dealt with two employees, both very polite and friendly; registration was smooth.
2- I got there pretty on-time, within 2 minutes got called in and after 4-5 minutes visited by the doctor; the waiting time was more than reasonable.
3- The doctor spent more than 10 minutes with me, listened to my concerns patiently and provided various feedback; I never had a feeling about being pushed or rushed by her.
4- I found the doctor very knowledgeable; I did have some background about my issues from the past (from other dermatologists) and the information she provided was aligned with that. I was very satisfied with her diagnostics.
So thanks to Dr. Alavi and her staff, I give them five stars and they well-deserve it in my opinion.
